Design

you require an extensive, multiple site, multiple vendor network with facilities
for off site workers, or a smaller system for a handful of users.

Security & Resilience
As businesses
become more competitive and evermore reliant upon technology, the risk from
unforeseen problems inceases. For all 'Business Critical' functions, suitable
equiqment in conjunction with documented 'Business Resumption Plans' should
be employed to minimise potential risks.
Structured Cabling
For any network to perform effectively, a primary concern is the connection
between data and voice communications.

Support & Maintainance
Hardware
All new hardware purchases will come with a manufacturer's warranty, which
usually ranges from 1 to 3 years.
For any existing hardware it is recommended that Reload provide support on
an 'Ad-Hoc' basis, whereby clients will only be charged for actual support
given. Most clients find this arrangement more beneficial.
Software
Support on set up, configuration, upgrade and trouble shooting is available
to clients for all the software implemented by Reload. There are various options
available as follows:
On-site Support
On-site Support entitles clients to have unlimited telephone support in addition
to a specified number of days on-site support for 1 Year from commencement,
during Reload's normal office hours - 9.00am to 5.30pm. When all days have
been utilised, the agreement can be renewed or alternatively support can be
provided on an Ad-Hoc basis (see below).
Ad-Hoc Support
Ad-Hoc support can be provided where there is a need for on-site support and
no On-Site Support Agreement is in place (e.g., where only a Telephone Support
Agreement is in place), or where an existing On-Site Support Agreement has
expired. There are different rates for High-Level and Low-Level resources.
Remote Diagnostics Support
This option is available to clients as a supplement to the support agreement
chosen and will enable the provision of remote support of the Network System.
An additional charge may be made for set up and configuration. There are options
for both server and desktop support. Following initial setup, configuration
and testing, off-site (remote) support can be provided, thus minimising the
need for on-site visits to resolve issues. This also has the advantage of
providing a much faster response time to business-critical issues.
